Ebay Customer Service Phone Number

If you are stuck on an issue and would like to call Ebay's Customer Service Phone number it can be hard to find. If you go through their help on their website it will funnel you through questions to try to solve your issue first. Then if you continue then you will be prompted to have them call you back or you will be directed to "Chat with Us". If you have experience fraudulent activity with your Ebay account then this is the only phone number that they give out: 1-866-961-9253. In the recording it says that this line is for fraudulent activity only and if you need help with customer service then you will need to activate their features inside their help part of their website as mentioned above. Here is that link for that: www.ebay.com/help/call_us?type=ContactUs&initFrom=HOME&topicId=4000
Please note that they are in the PST time zone in California, US, so if you are calling from EST time in Florida, US like I would be, then you may want to wait until about 8 am EST to try calling so they will be available.
One more helpful tip, once you have clicked into that link above, then scroll to the bottom to find the "Contact Us" button and continue to follow the prompts that apply to your situation.
Ebay has developed their help features to try to answer your questions or solve your problems with their help articles first, then if you tell the website you are still stuck and that didn't answer your question then you will be prompted on the left to have Ebay call you back or activate their "Chat with Us" feature.
